Create and implement a Resource Development Plan. Actively participate in the Agency’s strategic planning and leadership. Assess Advancement staffing needs. Identify suitable grant funding opportunities and write grant proposals. Manage grant database, funder research files, and grant application deadlines. Prepare and submit timely grant reports, including mid-term, progress reports and final reports to funders. Research and implement new resource streams and initiatives. Manage donor database. Collaborate with CFO to monitor grant expenditures to ensure that funds are spent in accordance with approved budget and in compliance with funders’ guidelines. Plan and oversee special events.
Master’s Degree in Human Services or Business preferred; minimum Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 7-10 years of related work and leadership experience and in fundraising, resource development, administration, and fiscal oversight. Donor Relationship Management software knowledge required. Program Development experience a plus.
