The Planned Giving Council of Broward County is a not-for-profit corporation created in response to a need for the dissemination of more information and the development of expertise in the field of Charitable Planned Giving.

Offer an educational forum in the many technical aspects, marketing strategies, and implementation procedures of an effective planned giving program.

Provide the vehicle for networking of local professionals in the planned giving process.

Promote increased charitable giving from the general public this providing a financial resource for bettering our community.

Robert Stein, CFA, J.D. is senior economist at First Trust Advisors L.P. a financial services firm based in Chicago that is a leading asset manager in America. Mr. Stein will discuss, in detail, historical moments in the economy and what the recent state of the economy is. He will also offer insight on what his forecast of the 2012 economy as well as his post election projections.
